Summary

i do traditional 2d animation and illustrations, character designs as a freelancer.
majored in Design at Seoul National University and also graduated character animation BFA in CalArts.
with the student films I made during CalArts time, i got some awards for animated short films, including 2nd place in animated films at college television awards from academy of arts and science foundation (also known as student emmys)
afterwards, i was also trained at Walt Disney feature animation for 2d efx animation.
worked for companies like fox, Disney, Sony, Mnet as both character animator and efx animator for 2d hand drawn animation projects.
Also worked on an animated ebook 'the dragon and the pixies' that got honorable mention from london book festival and LA book festival as an illustrator/character designer/animator. Currently I am also working on a children's book as an illustrator with Getty museum and Abrams publishing house.
